The kicker is, the longer you eat clean Keto, the worse the repercussions can be when you do cheat. Think of it like this. Many of you I am sure can relate, or know someone that has done this. 🙂 Back in your college days, you could down a couple of beers, shots, wine or whatever and not a big deal. Your body actually got used to it. But when you have not imbibed for a while, you get buzzed off of 1 or 2 libations. Same thing with grains but in spades, once you clean your system of the harmful effects of grains.
