This is why you might want to take a break from eating plants specifically. Not only can Lectins ( these are pretty nasty little buggers) they can travel up your Vegas Nerve from your gut, but you build up Oxylates. They look like little pieces of glass and get into your joints, muscles, and organs. They also collect and cause Kidney Stones.
If you are doing Carnivore, you might want to consider taking Choline, to counteract the mTor impact (this rapidly ages your cells). I take about 3/4 of a teaspoon a day.
This is just the tip of the iceberg here. If you have any autoimmune diseases this can really make a bit difference, of if you know someone with Parkinson or Dementia, this might help as well.
