Avoid Soy – It Can Stop You From Losing Weight – The Untold Story

There is a reason they call them “Soy Boys” because soy is loaded with phyto-estrogens which feminize men. Can you say Man Boobs and low -testosterone?  It also causes premature puberty in girls. And can stop weight loss dead in its tracks form women and men alike and make you gain weight!

This is why I stay far away from Soy Milk, Tofu, (real men do not eat it anyway 🙂  ) and even soy sprouts which are really bad and also full of lectins.
