Dr Victoria Buntine grew up in Sydney and attended Newcastle University before joining the RAAF as a doctor. She then worked for fifteen years in Hong Kong and Singapore as well as 10 years in Western Australia before finally returning to Sydney in 2017.
Dr. Buntine has actively practiced low carb for several years and over the last few years has found it a useful tool in almost every consultation. Dr Jodi Croft is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist working at Wollongong Private Hospital. She completed her medical degree at the University of Sydney, and undertook her training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at St George Hospital in Kogarah, with a large part of her training at The Wollongong Hospital.
Jodi has a special interest in obstetrics, general gynaecology and laparoscopic surgery including hysterectomy; having completed her fellowship in advanced gynaecology and laparoscopic surgery. She is a conjoint lecturer and examiner for the University of New South Wales and has been heavily involved in the education of junior doctors and RANZCOG trainees.
