More Sleep Equals More Skinny

Getting 7 to 8 hours of good sleep consistently has been one of my mantras from day one.  There have been dozens and dozens of studies on how lack of sleep can negatively impact a wide range of your health issues.
Not only just for losing weight but for having a better life in General right?  When you do not get enough sleep you get grouchy and apparently from this new study, FATTER!  Yikes, talk about a vicious cycle!

In this most recent study, it shows that even one bad night’s sleep a week can help make you fat and mess with your bodies predilection to go from making and maintaining muscle to storing more fat.

It impacts your body all the way down to the DNA level.
