If you have been told cutting calories works for weight loss, then the people that told you about it were just ignorant. This has been known for decades and proven in more studies than you can shake a stick out.
Cutting calories will actually slow down your fat burning and if you do it long enough, it could permanently impair your ability to do so. You do not have to be one of the ignorant people talking about cutting calories. 🙂
